6. Personal data processed

- technical access data such as IP address, date, time, browser, device, page and security logs where technically collected by the hosting service.
7. Purposes and grounds for processing
S1E processes personal data to answer enquiries, prepare offers, conclude and perform contracts, organise tickets and travel, process payments and accounts, provide support and complaints handling, prevent misuse, comply with law and securely operate the website.
Newsletters and other electronic marketing are sent on the basis of express consent or a legally permitted existing customer relationship. Consent may be withdrawn at any time for future processing.
8. Recipients and processors
S1E discloses personal data only where necessary for these purposes or otherwise permitted by law. Recipients may include:

- IT, security and support providers;
- CleverReach or another expressly identified newsletter provider;
- authorities or courts where required by law or legitimate proceedings.
9. International disclosures
International tickets and travel require data to be transmitted to the relevant event or destination country. Providers may be located in Switzerland, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, the United States and other travel countries.
For disclosures to countries without an adequate level of protection, S1E observes the statutory requirements for international transfers and, where required, relies on suitable safeguards or statutory exceptions.
10. Retention
S1E retains personal data for as long as required for contractual performance, evidence, security and legal duties. Contract and accounting records are generally stored for the statutory period, normally ten years.
11. Newsletter and CleverReach
A newsletter subscription is initiated through an email prepared from the website or through a subscription form and is treated as an express request to join. S1E may verify the email address through a confirmation message before final subscription.
S1E may use CleverReach for delivery. The email address, language, interests and delivery, opening and click data may be processed where the relevant measurement is enabled and lawful. Every newsletter contains a link at the end through which the recipient may unsubscribe at any time.

Where S1E uses Google Analytics, it does so to statistically analyse and improve the website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited; device and browser information, IP address, usage data and cookies may be processed, and data may be transferred to other Google companies, including in the United States. Google Analytics is activated only where the legally required consent and choice mechanism is provided. Consent may be withdrawn at any time through the cookie settings. No such analytics processing takes place while Google Analytics is not activated.
13. Data security
S1E takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access, alteration and disclosure. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Confidential passport or payment information should be sent only through secure channels designated by S1E.
